GPS supports clients with dispute resolutions, litigation, and arbitration and has served as expert witness in international arbitrations.  Services include preparation, technical support, and testimony.

GPS provides due diligence and third-party reviews for potential acquisitions and functions as Lender's Engineer, including critical contract reviews, financial modeling, and overall project risk assessment.
